Vintage Cartier Diamond Knot Ring

This pre-owned Cartier ring has a high-polished gold knot design, surrounded by grains set Diamonds.

Ring measures 12mm at the font, with a 5.70mm band.

Ring has French assay marks to the outside of the band, with Cartier marking, serial number and the year of 1989 to the inside. 

The piece is in very good condition. The ring has been restored so there are no eye-visible scratches to the front and minor wear to band, reflective of the age of the piece.
