This circa 1980s ring showcases a stunning 0.88ct no heat sapphire at its centre, surrounding the sapphire is a cluster of Brilliant cut diamonds which hold an approximate total carat weight of 1.40cts. These diamonds are graded G in colour and VS clarity.
